Data controller

What we store

Your invoices live in your browser (localStorage). We do not have accounts and the app works without any sign-up. Nothing about your invoices reaches our servers unless you use the optional share-link or backup features described below.

Shared links

When you create a share link, the invoice content (including anything in it: party names, amounts, logos) is stored on our servers so the recipient can open the link. Links auto-expire after 90 days and can be deleted by you at any time from the "Shared links" panel. Anyone possessing the link can view the invoice.

Pro purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email address from Stripe only to deliver your license key and manage your license (activation and reactivation). We never receive card details.

Emails

We only send transactional email: your license key after purchase, and only when you explicitly request a resend. No newsletters, no marketing.

Regional rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or California, you may request access or deletion of any personal data we hold for you (typically just the email attached to a license) at any time by contacting us. Data subject to deletion includes license records and optionally your shared links.
