The service

Facturama generates invoices and quotes in your browser. Free accounts allow 3 printable documents per month. Pro is $9.99/mo billed via Stripe and unlocks unlimited documents, watermark-free output, one company logo and one device license.

One-device license

Each Pro license activates on exactly one device. You may move the license up to 2 times in any 30-day period using the in-app activation or the link in your purchase email.

Your documents

You own your invoices. We do not claim rights to their content. Shared links contain invoice content on our servers for up to 90 days; deleting a link removes that content immediately. Your documents are stored locally in your browser — keep your own backups using the export function.

Subscriptions & cancellation

Pro is a pre-paid monthly subscription that automatically renews each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, yourself, via the Manage billing button on /pro/manage (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro until then). Cancelling stops all future charges.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because Pro is a low-cost, immediately accessible digital service, by subscribing you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. the 14-day right under EU consumer law) once access begins. If you cancel, your subscription simply does not renew — no partial-month refunds are issued. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Swedish law.

Price changes

We may change the subscription price. Changes apply only to new subscriptions and to renewals occurring after we have given at least 30 days notice (by email or on this page). If you do not accept a price change, cancel before your next renewal date.

Taxes

Prices are stated in USD. Depending on your location, applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added by the payment provider or be your responsibility to account for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated abuse of the share-link or license APIs, no unlawful document content, no attempts to circumvent the free-tier limits or license checks. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

Facturama is provided "as is". We are not liable for errors in your invoices, missed payments, tax or accounting outcomes. Verify documents before sending them to clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence where such limitation is not permitted under Swedish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by general courts with Malmö tingsrätt as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
